Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HappyFarmer account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods at the farm, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
